Provincial Outreach Programs
Information
British Columbia’s Ministry of Education funds a number of unique programs to help meet the educational needs of low-incidence students in BC school districts. The following Provincial Outreach Programs (POPs) provide community-based services for low incidence students in partnership with BC public school districts and Group I and II independent schools.

- POPARD - Provincial Outreach Program for Autisn & Related Disorders
- POPDHH - Provincial Outreach Program for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- POPDB - Provincial Outreach Program for Students with Deafblindness
- PRCVI - Provincial Resource Centre for the Visually Impaired
- AOPRP - Auditory Outreach Provincial Resource Program
- POPFASD - Provincial Outreach Program for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
- POPEY - Provincial Outreach Program for the Early Years
- SET-BC - Special Education Technology BC
- ADTP - Adolescent Day Treatment Program
