District Programs

The Abbotsford School District offers a variety of programs to support the diverse needs of students and families in Abbotsford.  Each program will have criteria for enrolment, and screening will take at the district level.  Working in collaboration with schools and community partners, the following District Programs may be considered in support planning:

  • Community Access Program - for students entering into their 12+ year
  • Hospital/Homebound Education - for students who will be missing continuous schooling due to illness or injury
  • Resource Room Programs - for students with significant developmental disabilities 
  • School Meals Program - to support healty lunches while at school  
  • Social Emotional Learning Programs - for students with signficant mental health challenges
